Paradise Honors Panthers (Surprise, AZ) supporters left the game pleased Monday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Mingus Marauders (Cottonwood, AZ), 12-1 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Paradise Honors improves its record to 4-7 on the year. The Panthers host Peoria (Peoria, AZ) to play the Panthers in a non-league game on Friday, March 21. The Panthers enter the game with a record of 0-8. Peoria lost 12-9 in their recent non-league game against Yuma (Yuma, AZ)

The Marauders now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they travel to Bradshaw Mountain for a 4A Grand Canyon game on Tuesday, March 18. Mingus will play a Bears squad coming off a 23-0 non-league win over Peoria (Peoria, AZ). The Bears record now stands at 1-0.
