Louisiana High School Softball - Plain Dealing drops to North Webster
March 17, 2025: Springhill, LA 71075 North Webster Knights (Springhill, LA) supporters left the game thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad topple the visiting Plain Dealing Lions (Plain Dealing, LA), 14-2 in a non-league game.
With the triumph, North Webster improves its record to 1-7 on the year. The Knights travel to Carroll (Monroe, LA) to play the Bulldogs in a 3A District 1 game on Tuesday, March 18. The Bulldogs enter the game with a record of 3-5. Carroll won 13-12 in their recent non-league game against Sicily Island (Sicily Island, LA)
The Lions now hold a 1-6 record. They play next when they travel to Ringgold for a 1A District 1 game on Tuesday, March 18. Plain Dealing will play a Redskins squad coming off a 14-9 non-league loss to Saline (Saline, LA). The Redskins record now stands at 3-8.
