South Dakota High School Basketball - Castlewood fells Freeman Academy/Marion
March 18, 2022: Freeman, SD Castlewood Warriors (Castlewood, SD) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Freeman Academy/Marion (Freeman, SD), 64-48 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Castlewood upgrades its record to 18-7 on the season. The Warriors travel to Waubay/Summit (Waubay, SD) to clash with the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Saturday, March 19. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 21-4. Waubay/Summit won 56-42 in their recent non-league bout against Aberdeen Christian (Aberdeen, SD)
Next up, the clash with the Aberdeen Christian Knights (Aberdeen, SD) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, March 19. Freeman Academy/Marion will attempt to upgrade on its 21-4 season record. The Knights go into the bout with a 20-5 record after their 56-42 non-league loss to Waubay/Summit (Waubay, SD).
