Texas High School Baseball - Braswell loses to Grapevine
March 18, 2023: Grapevine, TX 76051 The Braswell Bengals baseball team (Little Elm, TX), was overwhelmed 9-3 in Saturday's non-league outing with the host Grapevine Mustangs (Grapevine, TX)
The Mustangs now hold a 13-3 record. They put it on the line next when they host Birdville for a 5A Region I District 7 outing on Tuesday, March 21. Grapevine will confront a Hawks team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Midway (Waco, TX). The Hawks record now stands at 2-1.
Next, the Bengals confront the Allen Eagles (Allen, TX) in a 6A Region I District 5 outing, on Tuesday, March 21. Braswell will attempt to advance on its 5-10 season record. The Eagles go into the outing with a 9-8 record after their 12-7 non-league loss to Plano East (Plano, TX).
