North Carolina High School Baseball - Corvian Community defeats Queen's Grant

March 18, 2024: Matthews, NC 28105

Corvian Community Cardinals (Charlotte, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Queen's Grant Stallions (Matthews, NC), 10-3 in a non-league test.

With the win, Corvian Community upgrades its record to 2-5 on the season. The Cardinals host Pine Lake Prep (Mooresville, NC) to battle the Pride in a Catawba Shores Athletic 1A/2A test on Tuesday, March 19. The Pride come into the test with a record of 4-2. Pine Lake Prep won 9-2 in their recent league test against Langtree Charter (Mooresville, NC)

With the defeat, Queen's Grant falls to 1-6 on the season. The Stallions host North Mecklenburg (Huntersville, NC) to battle the Vikings in a non-league test on Thursday, March 21. The Vikings come into the test with a record of 4-5.
