March 18, 2024: Oakland, CA 94606 The Oakland Charter Matadors volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting John Henry Wildcats to 1 in the Matadors league victory on Monday.
The Matadors now have a 2-1 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to AIMS College Prep for a BACSAC game on Wednesday, March 20. Oakland Charter will meet a Golden Eagles team coming off a 3-0 league loss to KIPP King (San Lorenzo, CA). The Golden Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
The Wildcats (0-3) will now prepare for their game against Coliseum College Prep Academy (Oakland, CA). The Lions enter the non-league game with a 0-1 record. In their last game, Coliseum College Prep Academy dropped by Griffin Academy (Vallejo, CA), 3-1, in a non-league game.
