Marietta Blue Devils (Marietta, GA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Allatoona Buccaneers (Acworth, GA), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Marietta upgrades its record to 8-2 on the season. The Blue Devils travel to Walker (Marietta, GA) to battle the Wolverines in a test on Thursday, March 21. The Wolverines come into the test with a record of 3-12. Walker lost 12-1 in their recent league test against Hillgrove (Powder Springs, GA)

With the defeat, Allatoona falls to 6-5 on the season. The Buccaneers travel to McEachern (Powder Springs, GA) to battle the Indians in a non-league test on Saturday, March 23.
