Oregon High School Softball - Pendleton bounces Hood River Valley
March 18, 2024: Hood River, OR 97031 The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Pendleton Buckaroos (Pendleton, OR) and the host Hood River Valley Eagles (Hood River, OR), saw Pendleton's softball squad achieve victory over Hood River Valley by a count of 9-1.
The Buckaroos now sport a 5-1 record. They take the field next when they host Hermiston for a non-league match on Tuesday, March 19. Pendleton will face a Bulldogs squad coming off a 10-3 non-league loss to Moses Lake (Moses Lake, WA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 0-2.
With the loss, Hood River Valley falls to 2-1 on the campaign. The Eagles travel to St. Helens (St. Helens, OR) to face the Lions in a non-league match on Thursday, March 21. The Lions enter the match with a record of 3-0. St. Helens won 8-1 in their recent non-league match against Estacada (Estacada, OR)
