With the triumph, Barton moves its record to 2-2 on the season. The Bears travel to Hazen (Hazen, AR) to clash with the Hornets in a 2A Region 6 challenge on Friday, March 21. The Hornets go into the challenge with a record of 1-5. Hazen won 16-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Augusta (Augusta, AR)
With the defeat, Clarendon drops to 0-1 on the year. The Lions travel to Midland (Pleasant Plains, AR) to clash with the Mustangs in a 1A Region 6 challenge on Tuesday, April 1. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 6-7.
