South Davidson Wildcats (Denton, NC) fans left the game pleased Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the visiting Lexington Yellowjackets (Lexington, NC), 11-6 in a league match.

With the triumph, South Davidson advances its record to 3-5 on the season. The Wildcats travel to South Stokes (Walnut Cove, NC) to battle the Sauras in a non-league match on Wednesday, March 19. The Sauras come into the match with a record of 5-5. South Stokes lost 11-1 in their recent league match against Mount Airy (Mount Airy, NC)

The Yellowjackets now have a 1-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Parkland for a non-league match on Wednesday, March 19. Lexington will battle a Mustangs squad coming off a 16-0 league loss to Davie (Mocksville, NC). The Mustangs record now stands at 0-9.
