March 18, 2025: West Fork, AR 72774 The West Fork Tigers (West Fork, AR) baseball trounced the visiting Ozark Catholic Academy Griffins (Springdale, AR), 18-2 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.
The Tigers now own a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Greenland for a 3A Region 1 challenge on Monday, March 31. West Fork will clash with a Pirates team coming off a 6-2 non-league loss to Lavaca (Lavaca, AR). The Pirates record now stands at 5-5.
With the defeat, Ozark Catholic Academy drops to 2-3 on the year. The Griffins host Alpena (Alpena, AR) to clash with the Leopards in a 2A Region 1 challenge on Friday, March 21. The Leopards go into the challenge with a record of 0-5. Alpena lost 23-8 in their recent non-league challenge against Jasper (Jasper, AR)
