March 18, 2025: Newport News, VA 23601 The Grafton Clippers soccer squad scored 4 points and held the host Warwick Raiders to 0 in the Clippers non-league victory on Tuesday.
The Clippers now possess a 2-0 record. They play next when they host Jamestown for a non-league bout on Thursday, March 20. Grafton will play a Eagles squad coming off a 6-3 non-league loss to Warhill (Williamsburg, VA). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
With the loss, Warwick moves to 1-1 on the year. The Raiders host Kecoughtan (Hampton, VA) to play the Warriors in a non-league bout on Thursday, March 20. The Warriors go into the bout with a record of 0-2.
