Oregon High School Softball - North Medford sneaks past Crater
March 18, 2025: Medford, OR 97504 The North Medford Black Tornado softball team scored 8 runs and held the visiting Crater Comets to 7 in the Black Tornado non-league win on Tuesday.
The Black Tornado now possess a 1-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Foothill for a non-league battle on Monday, March 24. North Medford will confront a Cougars team coming off a 13-4 non-league win over McKinleyville (McKinleyville, CA). The Cougars record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Crater moves to 0-1 on the season. The Comets host Jesuit (Portland, OR) to confront the Crusaders in a non-league battle on Friday, March 21. The Crusaders come into the battle with a record of 2-0. Jesuit won 9-3 in their recent non-league battle against Canby (Canby, OR)
