Louisiana High School Softball - West St. Mary bounces Franklin
March 18, 2025: Baldwin, LA 70514 The West St. Mary Wolfpack softball team scored 18 runs and held the visiting Franklin Hornets to 3 in the Wolfpack league win on Tuesday.
The Wolfpack now sport a 1-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Centerville for a non-league battle on Thursday, March 20. West St. Mary will encounter a Bulldogs team coming off a 29-18 non-league win over V.B. Glencoe Charter (Franklin, LA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 2-7.
With the loss, Franklin moves to 0-6 on the season. The Hornets host Delcambre (Delcambre, LA) to encounter the Panthers in a 2A District 8 battle on Thursday, March 20. The Panthers come into the battle with a record of 12-6. Delcambre won 3-2 in their recent league battle against Catholic - N.I. (New Iberia, LA)
