The Genoa-Kingston Cogs triumphed over the host Indian Creek Timberwolves softball squad by a count of 13-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge.

Next, the Cogs meet the Riverdale Rams (Port Byron, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Friday, March 21. Genoa-Kingston will attempt to upgrade on its 1-0 season record. The Rams enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 7-3 non-league win over Fulton (Fulton, IL).
