March 18, 2025: Viola, AR 72583 The Viola Longhorns (Viola, AR) softball routed the visiting Shirley Blue Devils (Shirley, AR), 19-10 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Longhorns now sport a 6-0 record. They put it on the line next when they host Shirley for a 1A Region 2 outing on Tuesday, March 18. Viola will encounter a Blue Devils team coming off a 20-12 non-league loss to Nemo Vista (Center Ridge, AR). The Blue Devils record now stands at 1-5.
With the loss, Shirley moves to 1-8 on the season. The Blue devils travel to Viola (Viola, AR) to encounter the Longhorns in a 1A Region 2 outing on Tuesday, March 18. The Longhorns come into the outing with a record of 4-0.
