The Lincoln Lions the visiting Branham Bruins baseball squad by a score of 6-1 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The Lions now own a 6-2 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prospect for a Santa Teresa challenge on Wednesday, March 25. Lincoln will clash with a Panthers team coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Lynbrook (San Jose, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 6-4.

With the defeat, Branham drops to 3-6 on the year. The Bruins travel to Fremont (Sunnyvale, CA) to clash with the Firebirds in a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 19.
