March 19, 2024: New Orleans, LA 70119 Spectators at Tuesday's league match between the Cabrini Crescents (New Orleans, LA) and the visiting Warren Easton Fighting Eagles (New Orleans, LA), witnessed Cabrini's softball squad prevail over Warren Easton by a count of 12-2.
The Crescents now sport a 3-8 record. They play next when they travel to Frederick A. Douglass for a 4A District 11 match on Thursday, March 21. Cabrini will meet a Bobcats squad coming off a 20-5 non-league win over Kennedy (New Orleans, LA). The Bobcats record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, Warren Easton moves to 2-7 on the season. The Fighting eagles travel to McDonogh 35 (New Orleans, LA) to meet the Roneagles in a 4A District 11 match on Thursday, March 21. The Roneagles go into the match with a record of 9-2. McDonogh 35 won 21-1 in their recent non-league match against Livingston Collegiate Academy (New Orleans, LA)
