Alabama High School Softball - Northridge bounces Central
March 19, 2024: Tuscaloosa, AL 35406 Northridge Jaguars (Tuscaloosa, AL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they saw their softball squad run past the visiting Central Falcons (Tuscaloosa, AL), 17-2 in a league challenge.
The Jaguars now own a 7-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Bibb County for a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 20. Northridge will battle a Choctaws squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Montevallo (Montevallo, AL). The Choctaws record now stands at 5-4.
With the loss, Central falls to 0-4 on the campaign. The Falcons travel to Paul W. Bryant (Cottondale, AL) to battle the Stampede in a 6A Area 6 challenge on Thursday, March 21. The Stampede enter the challenge with a record of 2-5. Paul W. Bryant lost 22-0 in their recent non-league challenge against University Charter (Livingston, AL)
