The Montini Catholic Broncos lacrosse squad scored 16 points and limited the host Metea Valley Mustangs to 5 in the Broncos non-league triumph on Wednesday.

The Broncos now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to York for a West Suburban outing on Monday, March 24. Montini Catholic will face a Dukes squad coming off a 17-6 non-league loss to New Trier (Winnetka, IL). The Dukes record now stands at 1-1.

With the loss, Metea Valley falls to 1-1 on the year. The Mustangs travel to St. Charles East/North (St. Charles, IL) to face the Fighting Saints in a non-league outing on Monday, March 24. The Fighting Saints go into the outing with a record of 0-0.
