Virginia High School Lacrosse - Charlottesville drops to Jefferson Forest
March 19, 2025: Charlottesville, VA 22901 Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA) followers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team overcome the host Charlottesville Black Knights (Charlottesville, VA), 9-1 in a non-league game.
With the victory, Jefferson Forest advances its record to 2-0 on the season. The Cavaliers travel to Western Albemarle (Crozet, VA) to play the Warriors in a non-league game on Monday, March 24. The Warriors come into the game with a record of 0-1. Western Albemarle lost 7-4 in their recent non-league game against Rockbridge County (Lexington, VA)
The Black Knights now sport a 0-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host Orange County for a non-league game on Monday, March 24. Charlottesville will play a Fighting Hornets team coming off a 12-2 non-league loss to Riverbend (Fredericksburg, VA). The Fighting Hornets record now stands at 1-1.
