Georgia High School Baseball - Southland Academy can't hold off Glenwood
March 20, 2021: Americus, GA 31709 The Glenwood Gators baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host Southland Academy Raiders to 14 in the Gators non-league victory on Saturday.
The Gators (13-5) will now prepare for their match against Evangel Christian (Alabaster, AL). The Lightning go into the non-league match with a 13-4 record. In their last match, Evangel Christian was edged by Bessemer Academy (Bessemer, AL), 2-1, in a non-league match.
The Raiders (3-2) will now prepare for their match against Brookwood (Thomasville, GA). The Warriors go into the GISA AAA Region 3 match with a 6-3 record. In their last match, Brookwood tipped Deerfield-Windsor (Albany, GA), 8-3, in a non-league match.
