Segerstrom Jaguars (Santa Ana, CA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad achieve victory over the visiting Ontario Christian Knights (Ontario, CA), 12-2 in a non-league challenge.

The Jaguars now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Rancho Alamitos for a non-league challenge on Thursday, March 25. Segerstrom will face a Vaqueros squad coming off a 15-4 non-league loss to Troy (Fullerton, CA). The Vaqueros record now stands at 2-1.

With the loss, Ontario Christian falls to 0-1 on the campaign. The Knights travel to Nogales (La Puente, CA) to face the Nobles in a non-league challenge on Monday, March 22. The Nobles enter the challenge with a record of 0-2. Nogales lost 18-0 in their recent non-league challenge against Torrance (Torrance, CA)
