March 20, 2023: King, NC 27021 The West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC) baseball trounced the visiting Christiansburg Blue Demons (Christiansburg, VA), 6-0 in Monday's non-league contest.
Coming up next, the Wildcats play the North Forsyth Vikings (Winston-Salem, NC) in a Mid-State 2A contest, on Thursday, March 23. West Stokes will attempt to better on its 5-4 season record. The Vikings enter the contest with a 0-6 record after their 8-2 league loss to McMichael (Mayodan, NC).
The Blue Demons now sport a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Pulaski County for a River Ridge contest on Tuesday, March 21. Christiansburg will play a Cougars squad coming off a 12-2 non-league win over Floyd County (Floyd, VA). The Cougars record now stands at 2-0.
