California High School Baseball - Fremont defeats Del Mar
March 20, 2023: San Jose, CA 95128 Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the Fremont Firebirds (Sunnyvale, CA) and the host Del Mar Dons (San Jose, CA), saw Fremont's baseball squad knock off Del Mar by a count of 16-8.
Coming up next, the Firebirds play the Milpitas Trojans (Milpitas, CA) in a battle, on Thursday, March 23. Fremont will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Trojans enter the battle with a 1-4 record after their 13-0 non-league win over Gunderson (San Jose, CA).
The Dons now possess a 0-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Prospect for a non-league battle on Monday, April 3. Del Mar will play a Panthers squad coming off a 9-8 non-league loss to Terra Nova (Pacifica, CA). The Panthers record now stands at 0-3.
