March 20, 2023: Gainesville, GA 30507 Johnson Knights (Gainesville, GA) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Meadowcreek Mustangs (Norcross, GA), 2-1 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Knights confront the Gainesville Red Elephants (Gainesville, GA) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, March 23. Johnson will attempt to better on its 3-0 season record. The Red Elephants enter the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 4-0 non-league win over East Hall (Gainesville, GA).
The Mustangs now have a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they host North Gwinnett for a challenge on Thursday, March 23. Meadowcreek will confront a Bulldogs team coming off a 1-1 league Duluth (Duluth, GA). The Bulldogs record now stands at 5-4.
