Georgia High School Soccer - Robert Toombs Christian Academy held off by McIntosh County Academy
March 20, 2023: Lyons, GA 30436 In Monday's non-league battle, the visiting McIntosh County Academy Buccaneers soccer squad scored a close 2-1 triumph over the Robert Toombs Christian Academy Crusaders.
The Buccaneers (2-10) will now prepare for their battle against Wheeler County (Alamo, GA). The Bulldogs come into the 1A D-II Area 2 battle with a 1-4 record. In their last battle, Wheeler County was nudged by Montgomery County (Mt. Vernon, GA), 4-2, in a non-league battle.
The Crusaders (0-3) will now prepare for their battle against Trinity Christian (Dublin, GA). The Crusaders come into the battle with a 3-1 record. In their last battle, Trinity Christian nudged Central Georgia Arts (Macon, GA), 5-0, in a non-league battle.
