March 20, 2024: Albuquerque, NM 87110 Sandia Matadors (Albuquerque, NM) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Cibola Cougars (Albuquerque, NM), 6-1 in a non-league test.
With the win, Sandia upgrades its record to 9-1 on the season. The Matadors host Rio Rancho (Rio Rancho, NM) to battle the Rams in a non-league test on Friday, March 22.
