Sidwell Friends Quakers (Washington, DC) followers exited the stadium content Wednesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad nip the visiting St. Mary's Ryken Knights (Leonardtown, MD), 11-10 in a non-league battle.

The Quakers now have a 3-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Plymouth Whitemarsh for a non-league battle on Saturday, March 23.

In their next game, the Knights clash with the Episcopal Maroon (Alexandria, VA) in a non-league battle, on Thursday, March 21. St. Mary's Ryken will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Maroon come into the battle with a 0-1 record after their 13-3 league loss to Norfolk Academy (Norfolk, VA).
