Illinois High School Soccer - Richmond-Burton nudges Johnsburg
March 20, 2024: Johnsburg, IL 60050 Richmond-Burton Rockets (Richmond, IL) fans were pleased Wednesday as they observed their soccer team hold off the host Johnsburg Skyhawks (Johnsburg, IL), 4-3 in a league challenge.
Next, the Rockets confront the Marian Central Catholic Hurricanes (Woodstock, IL) in a non-league challenge, on Monday, April 1. Richmond-Burton will attempt to better on its 2-1 season record. The Hurricanes enter the challenge with a 1-0 record after their 0-0 non-league Huntley (Huntley, IL).
The Skyhawks now have a 3-2 record. They take the field next when they host Woodstock North for a Kishwaukee River challenge on Friday, April 5.
