March 20, 2024: Dunn, NC 28366 Midway Raiders (Dunn, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting South Lenoir Blue Devils (Deep Run, NC), 10-7 in a non-league test.
With the win, Midway upgrades its record to 2-4 on the season. The Raiders travel to Fairmont (Fairmont, NC) to battle the Golden Tornadoes in a test on Thursday, March 28. The Golden Tornadoes come into the test with a record of 0-0.
With the defeat, South Lenoir falls to 2-3 on the season. The Blue devils travel to North Lenoir (LaGrange, NC) to battle the Hawks in a non-league test on Thursday, March 21. The Hawks come into the test with a record of 3-0. North Lenoir won 18-2 in their recent non-league test against Wallace-Rose Hill (Teachey, NC)
