March 20, 2024: Chester, VA 23831 Cosby Titans (Midlothian, VA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nip the host Thomas Dale Knights (Chester, VA), 7-0 in a league challenge.
The Titans now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they host Midlothian for a Dominion challenge on Tuesday, March 26. Cosby will face a Trojans squad coming off a 0-0 league Clover Hill (Midlothian, VA). The Trojans record now stands at 1-1.
With the loss, Thomas Dale falls to 1-1 on the campaign. The Knights host Petersburg (Petersburg, VA) to face the Crimson Wave in a Central challenge on Thursday, March 21. The Crimson Wave enter the challenge with a record of 0-0. Petersburg 0-0 in their recent non-league challenge against John Marshall (Richmond, VA)
