The Mecklenburg County Phoenix softball team (Baskerville, VA), was routed 7-2 in Wednesday's league test with the host Jefferson Forest Cavaliers (Forest, VA)

Coming up next, the Cavaliers encounter the Staunton River Golden Eagles (Moneta, VA) in a non-league test, on Friday, March 22. Jefferson Forest will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record.
