March 20, 2024: LaFayette, AL 36862 The Loachapoka Indians routed the host LaFayette Bulldogs softball squad by a final score of 29-5 in Wednesday's non-league battle.
The Indians (5-6) will now prepare for their battle against Wadley (Wadley, AL). The Bulldogs go into the 1A Area 7 battle with a 3-2 record.
The Bulldogs now possess a 1-3 record. They play next when they host Central of Coosa County for a 2A Area 5 battle on Thursday, March 28. LaFayette will meet a Cougars squad coming off a 12-4 non-league loss to Childersburg (Childersburg, AL). The Cougars record now stands at 4-9.
