March 20, 2025: Carlsbad, NM 88221 The Carlsbad Cavemen/Cavegirls (Carlsbad, NM) baseball trounced the visiting Da Vinci Dragons (El Paso, TX), 12-2 in Thursday's non-league challenge.
The Cavemen/Cavegirls now own a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they host Las Cruces for a non-league challenge on Friday, March 21. Carlsbad will clash with a Bulldawgs team coming off a 21-1 non-league win over Da Vinci (El Paso, TX). The Bulldawgs record now stands at 6-1.
With the defeat, Da Vinci drops to 6-13 on the year. The Dragons travel to Hatch Valley (Hatch, NM) to play the Bears in a non-league game on Friday, March 21. The Bears go into the game with a record of 3-3. Hatch Valley won 11-0 in their recent non-league game against Zuni (Zuni, NM)
