March 20, 2025: Asheboro, NC 27203 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Asheboro Blue Comets (Asheboro, NC) and the visiting Williams Bulldogs (Burlington, NC), saw Asheboro's soccer squad prevail over Williams by a count of 4-0.
The Blue Comets (1-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Oak Grove (Winston-Salem, NC). The Grizzlies go into the challenge with a 1-3 record.
With the loss, Williams moves to 0-2 on the year. The Bulldogs host Orange (Hillsborough, NC) to encounter the Panthers in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, March 26. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 1-0. Orange won 2-1 in their recent non-league challenge against Riverside-Durham (Durham, NC)
