In Thursday's non-league test, the Yough Cougars (Herminie, PA) lacrosse team overwhelmed the host Ambridge Bridgers (Ambridge, PA), by a count of 12-1.

Next up, the Cougars battle the Trinity Hillers (Washington, PA) in a WPIAL 2A 1 test, on Thursday, March 27. Yough will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.

The Bridgers (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Knoch (Saxonburg, PA). The Knights enter the test with a 0-1 record. In their last challenge, Knoch was overwhelmed by Trinity (Washington, PA), 10-9, in a non-league challenge.
