The Bingham Miners lacrosse squad scored 8 points and limited the visiting Brighton Bengals to 7 in the Miners non-league triumph on Thursday.

The Miners now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Alta for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, March 25. Bingham will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 20-3 league loss to Park City (Park City, UT). The Hawks record now stands at 1-3.

With the loss, Brighton falls to 0-2 on the year. The Bengals travel to West (Salt Lake City, UT) to clash with the Panthers in a 5A Region 6 challenge on Friday, March 21. The Panthers go into the challenge with a record of 0-1. West lost 15-3 in their recent non-league challenge against Bountiful (Bountiful, UT)
