Virginia High School Soccer - Loudoun County knocks off Rock Ridge
March 20, 2025: Leesburg, VA 20175 Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the Loudoun County Captains (Leesburg, VA) and the visiting Rock Ridge Phoenix (Ashburn, VA), saw Loudoun County's soccer squad triumph over Rock Ridge by a score of 5-0.
The Captains (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against Loudoun Valley (Purcellville, VA). The Vikings enter the non-league battle with a 1-2 record. In their last battle, Loudoun Valley was overwhelmed by Park View (Sterling, VA), 3-2, in a non-league battle.
Next up, the Phoenix confront the Meridian Mustangs (Falls Church, VA) in a non-league battle, on Friday, March 21. Rock Ridge will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Mustangs enter the battle with a 0-1 record after their 1-0 non-league loss to Annandale (Annandale, VA).
