South Carolina High School Lacrosse - Catawba Ridge overwhelms South Mecklenburg

March 20, 2025: Fort Mill, SC 29715

In Thursday's non-league contest, the host Catawba Ridge Copperheads lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-4 win over the South Mecklenburg Sabres.

The Copperheads (4-2) will now prepare for their contest against Spartanburg (Spartanburg, SC). The Vikings enter the non-league contest with a 5-4 record. In their last contest, Spartanburg nipped Westside (Anderson, SC), 18-1, in a non-league contest.

Next, the Sabres meet the Clover Blue Eagles (Clover, SC) in a non-league contest, on Friday, March 21. South Mecklenburg will attempt to better on its 0-7 season record. The Blue Eagles enter the contest with a 5-1 record after their 13-5 non-league win over Providence (Charlotte, NC).
