March 20, 2025: Lubbock, TX 79423 Memorial Mavericks (Wichita Falls, TX) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team knock off the host Lubbock-Cooper Pirates (Lubbock, TX), 3-1 in a non-league test.
With the triumph, Memorial moves its record to 14-4 on the campaign. The Mavericks travel to Bel Air (El Paso, TX) to meet the Highlanders in a non-league test on Monday, March 24. The Highlanders come into the test with a record of 19-2. Bel Air won 3-0 in their recent non-league test against Andress (El Paso, TX)
The Pirates now sport a 12-6 record.
