Bessemer City Tigers (Bessemer, AL) supporters left the game pleased Thursday as they saw their softball squad thwart the visiting Holy Family Catholic Tornadoes (Birmingham, AL), 17-0 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Bessemer City improves its record to 4-2 on the year. The Tigers host Pleasant Grove (Pleasant Grove, AL) to play the Spartans in a non-league game on Friday, March 21.
