In Thursday's non-league test, the Valley View Blazers (Jonesboro, AR) softball squad the visiting Harding Academy Wildcats (Searcy, AR), by a count of 6-2.

Next, the Blazers meet the Marion Patriots (Marion, AR) in a 5A East test, on Tuesday, April 1. Valley View will attempt to upgrade on its 6-0 season record.
