In Friday's league game, the visiting Burges Mustangs baseball team scored a nice 20-2 victory over the Jefferson Silver Foxes.

The Mustangs (6-10) will now prepare for their game against Canutillo (Canutillo, TX). The Eagles enter the 5A Region I District 1 game with a 10-9 record. In their last match, Canutillo notched a victory over Andress (El Paso, TX), 11-3, in a league match.
