In Friday's non-league game, the visiting Tara Trojans baseball team scored a nice 14-4 win over the McDonogh 35 Roneagles.

The Trojans (10-3) will now prepare for their game against West Feliciana (St. Francisville, LA). The Saints go into the 4A District 6 game with a 12-11 record. In their last match, West Feliciana was overwhelmed by Zachary (Zachary, LA), 10-2, in a non-league match.

The Roneagles now have a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Carver Collegiate Academy for a 4A District 10 match on Thursday, March 26.
