Arizona High School Baseball - Saguaro gets by Desert Mountain

Spectators at Tuesday's non-league battle between the Saguaro Sabercats (Scottsdale, AZ) and the visiting Desert Mountain Wolves (Scottsdale, AZ), saw Saguaro's baseball squad knock off Desert Mountain by a count of 3-0.

Coming up next, the Sabercats play the Seton Catholic Sentinels (Chandler, AZ) in a 4A Desert Sky battle, on Friday, March 24. Saguaro will attempt to move on its 8-6 season record. The Sentinels enter the battle with a 12-3 record after their 9-4 non-league win over Poston Butte (San Tan Valley, AZ).

The Wolves now possess a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Mountain Pointe for a non-league battle on Wednesday, March 22. Desert Mountain will play a Pride squad coming off a 5-3 non-league win over Notre Dame Prep (Scottsdale, AZ). The Pride record now stands at 9-3.
