Stanton Buffaloes (Stanton, TX) fans exited the stadium thrilled Tuesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Kermit Yellow Jackets (Kermit, TX), 9-5 in a league test.

With the win, Stanton upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Buffaloes host Presidio (Presidio, TX) to battle the Blue Devils in a 3A Region I District 4 test on Friday, March 24. The Blue Devils come into the test with a record of 1-1. Presidio lost 10-4 in their recent league test against Tornillo (Tornillo, TX)

With the defeat, Kermit falls to 4-14 on the season. The Yellow jackets travel to Crane (Crane, TX) to battle the Cranes in a 3A Region I District 4 test on Friday, March 24. The Cranes come into the test with a record of 3-5. Crane won 4-2 in their recent league test against Alpine (Alpine, TX)
