The Southwest Guilford Cowboys (High Point, NC) lacrosse tipped the host West Stokes Wildcats (King, NC), 4-3 in Tuesday's non-league outing.

With the win, Southwest Guilford upgrades its record to 5-2 on the season. The Cowboys host Ragsdale (Jamestown, NC) to battle the Tigers in a non-league outing on Friday, March 24.
