March 21, 2023: Liberty, SC 29657 In Tuesday's non-league outing, the visiting Dixie Hornets softball team scored a nice 17-8 win over the Liberty Red Devils.
Coming up next, the Hornets encounter the A.C. Flora Falcons (Columbia, SC) in a non-league outing, on Saturday, March 25. Dixie will attempt to improve on its 6-3 season record. The Falcons enter the outing with a 5-5 record after their 7-4 league loss to Westwood (Blythewood, SC).
The Red Devils (2-4) will now prepare for their outing against Chesnee (Chesnee, SC). The Eagles enter the AA Region 1 outing with a 5-4 record. In their last outing, Chesnee was routed by Boiling Springs (Spartanburg, SC), 6-5, in a non-league outing.
