Central Cambria Red Devils (Ebensburg, PA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they observed their baseball squad hold off the visiting Blacklick Valley Vikings (Nanty Glo, PA), 3-2 in a non-league test.

With the win, Central Cambria upgrades its record to 3-2 on the season. The Red Devils travel to Bishop Carroll (Ebensburg, PA) to battle the Huskies in a Laurel Highlands West test on Monday, March 25. The Huskies come into the test with a record of 1-0. Bishop Carroll won 12-5 in their recent non-league test against Penns Manor (Clymer, PA)

With the defeat, Blacklick Valley falls to 0-1 on the season. The Vikings travel to Ferndale (Johnstown, PA) to battle the Yellow Jackets in a Western Pennsylvania test on Tuesday, March 26.
